Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with enquiries and purchases.
  • Recommend suitable baking ingredients and products.
  • Handle sales transactions, online orders, packing and deliveries.
  • Receive, replenish and arrange stock and product displays.
  • Monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Assist with stock-taking and daily reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Baking experience or an interest in baking is an added advantage.
