Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
- Recommend suitable products and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle sales transactions, e-commerce orders, packing and deliveries.
- Receive, replenish and arrange stock, including price tagging and merchandising.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the shop, equipment and products.
- Assist with stock-taking, inventory and daily reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
