Position Summary:
We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultants or Sales Supervisors. In this role, you will:
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients' hair and scalp conditions.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans and products from our in-house organic range.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to outlet performance.
- Lead and mentor junior staff (for supervisory roles).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on hair and scalp care using Bio Organicare's methodologies.
- Demonstrate and sell our range of organic products and scalp treatments.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the outlet.
- Stay updated on the latest hair care trends and product knowledge.
- Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or the beauty/wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for natural and organic beauty solutions.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Leadership experience is a plus for supervisory positions.
