Service Crew -Job Description
- Taking customer order and serving. Able to explain menu product clearly to customer and always promote/upsell product
- Perform daily operation duties, able to adhere to company SOP and food preparations requirements
- Multi-task oriented and self-motivated
- Follow good food hygiene practices and ensure the cleanliness of the outlet at all times
- Perform Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the direct supervisor
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
Kitchen Crew -Job Description
- Assist outlets' chef on food preparation
- Responsible for various aspects of daily menu preparation
- Maintain work areas and serving areas in a sanitary manner
- Responsible for preparing ingredients and dishes to the highest standards.

- Working in as part of a fun, high-energy team
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
- Able to work on shift follow shopping mall hours, weekend and public holidays
- Must check in & check out physically in the outlet
Job Requirements :
- COMPULSORY Valid typhoid vaccination
- COMPULSORY Valid Food Handling Course Certificate
- Smartphone user for check in/ out attendance
- Discipline, Aggressive, Tidy and Clean Looking
- Self-provided transport
- Must be able to commit at least two weeks ( 10 days shifts)
