Assistant Kitchen Supervisor
- 5.5 Day Week
S$1000 - 1500 / month
- Lead and support the hot kitchen team during daily food prep and service.
- Keep kitchen workflow smooth and ensure orders go out on time.
- Check that all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines (e.g., HACCP).
- Help track stock levels, report low inventory, and minimize food waste.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is used properly, kept clean, and maintained.
- Train and guide junior cooks and kitchen helpers.
- Assist with staff duty rosters, station coverage, and break times.
- Monitor team performance and report updates to the Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Cook in a hot kitchen.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strong time management and ability to work well under pressure.
- Clear communication and a reliable, positive attitude.
- Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Food hygiene certificate is preferred.
