TECHNICIAN, PCA ENGINEERING
- 5 Day Week
S$1700 - 2300 / month
Responsible to troubleshoot failed boards (production and RMA fallout). Assist Test Engineer in the troubleshoot of ICT and FCT tester breakdown.
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct troubleshooting on test production line fallout.
- Conduct troubleshooting on SMU fallout due to PCA failure (build in Marsiling).
- Conduct troubleshooting of RMA boards.
- Arrange component for FA.
- Raise IRV for approval.
- Raise Nonconforming Product Tag for material return to supplier.
- Raise SRV form – to transact from WP30 to WP10 / WP20 / MS10.
- Update failure report in the system.
Job requirements:
- ITC/ Nitec in Engineering
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in PCBA debug.
- Good rework skill soldering smt chip / IC components , bga rework.
- Able to read schematics
