**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Service Crew member to join our Food & Beverage team. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining dining area standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Description**
• Greet and serve customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and handle payment transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Support team members during peak hours and assist with general restaurant operations as required
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in food service is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural team
• Able to work 6 days per week, split shifts (10.30am to 3pm, 5pm to 9.30pm)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to delivering quality service
