Front desk receptionist-cashier for Feng Shui Company

Location: Near Tai Seng MRT (CC11 Exit A)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 6 days/week (1 weekday off)
Work Environment: Chinese-speaking, Buddhist practices

Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk reception and cashier duties using EPOS.
  • Provide customer service and manage appointments.
  • Answer and route phone calls.
  • Assist with meeting room arrangements.
  • Maintain the front desk area.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience preferred; training provided.
  • Comfortable working in a Buddhist environment.
  • Good communication, observation, and adaptability skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin; other languages are an advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with EPOS systems and payment terminals (NETS, Visa/Mastercard) is preferred.
