Job Description

The SME Relationship Manager supports in executing field and retail marketing and sales strategies within the assigned region. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, managing leads and sales pipelines, developing SME customer relationships, and supporting retail sales initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned market area.
- Conduct outbound sales activities through roving and roadshows.

2. Sales Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain an individual sales pipeline.
- Generate new sales opportunities through proactive customer outreach.
- Collect leads through roving activities and roadshows.

3. Lead Follow-Up
- Follow up on assigned leads consistently.
- Manage leads through SFDC and ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Account Management
- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SFDC.
- Nurture leads and convert them into sales.

5. Sales Target & Productivity
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies for products and services.
- Support Enterprise sales target achievement.

6. Customer Service
- Assist walk-in customers with product enquiries, purchases, and service requests.
- Provide personalized customer service.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

7. Social Media & Promotions
- Create and post content about promotions, products, and events.
- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback on social media.

8. Market Awareness
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Keep updated on industry developments and the competitive landscape.

9. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
- Manage relationships with SME customers.
- Act as the primary contact for SME customers and address their needs and concerns.
