Logistics / Data Centre Operations
Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500
Location: Dato’ Onn, Johor Bahru
Relocation: Moving to Kulai, Johor soon
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily logistics, warehouse and operations documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated operational records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, customers and internal operations teams.
- Prepare inventory, shipment and operational reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for easy tracking and reference.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, operations administration or similar roles.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel and data entry.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to support customers and business partners from China.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics / warehouse environment.
