MEAT SKILLED CUTTER

S$2500 - 2800 / month
Job Responsibilities
- Cut and prepare meat according to customer requirements and department standards.
- Weigh, pack, price and display products for sale.
- Greet customers, provide product advice, answer enquiries and take orders.
- Support the smooth running of the department, including staff supervision and coordination.
- Inspect meat and other products to ensure quality and freshness.
- Clean and maintain cutting tools, equipment and work areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Replenish stock and maintain organised product displays.
Job Requirements
- Primary school, secondary school, certificate, SPM or O-Level qualification.
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Relevant experience is an advantage.
- Able to speak and read simple English.
- Able to handle loads of up to 10 kg and use ladders safely for stock replenishment.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Service-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a team.
