Telesales Executive – Telecommunications
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
We are looking for motivated Telesales Executives to support a telecommunications sales campaign. You will engage customers over the phone, understand their needs and recommend suitable telco products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products, plans, promotions and subscription terms clearly.
• Identify customer needs, handle enquiries and respond professionally to objections.
• Follow up on interested customers and complete sales accurately.
• Work towards agreed sales, productivity and call-quality targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Follow company procedures and customer data confidentiality requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Clear communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• A customer-focused approach and an interest in sales.
• Ability to listen, build rapport and explain information clearly.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
• Previous telesales, customer service or telco experience would be an advantage.
• Able to work at our Subang Jaya location.
