Responsibility
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients via phone and email.
- Maintaining the billing system and generating account statements.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
- Processing transactions, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good analytical and organizational skills with strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of working experience in accounting or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to keep abreast of changes.
- Strong record-keeping and accounting skills with a high level of integrity and ethics.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
