Job Descriptions
Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained
• Supervise and guide staff during shifts
• Train new staff on SOP, service, and product knowledge
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate stock receiving and recording
• Support sales targets and execute promotions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOP, and hygiene standards
• Report daily operations to management
Additional
• Able to work during public holidays
Requirements:
- Experience in F&B or retail is an advantage
- Leadership skills and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork
- Responsible and able to handle pressure
- Willing to work on weekends & public holidays
