Purchasing Officer (Junior Executive) – Kallang
💰 Basic Salary: $2800 - $3000

🕒 Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
What You’ll Do
• Handle purchasing requests, quotations and purchase orders
• Coordinate purchasing based on stock needs, lead time and pricing
• Liaise with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules
• Work closely with Planning, Production and QA teams
• Follow up on material shortages, excess stock and urgent orders
• Update purchasing and delivery information in SAP
Requirements
• Certificate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of purchasing or materials planning experience
• Manufacturing background preferred
• SAP/ERP experience is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
