Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Surgery Assistant to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. You will support dentists during procedures, ensure a safe and hygienic environment, and help deliver a comfortable, high-quality experience for patients from all backgrounds.

Job Description

  • Assist dentists chairside during examinations, surgical and restorative procedures, including instrument preparation, suction and patient positioning.
  • Sterilise and maintain instruments and equipment, and uphold infection control and clinic safety standards.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, set up materials, and take dental radiographs where trained and authorised.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, assist with appointment scheduling, and provide clear aftercare guidance in line with patient confidentiality requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of infection control, sterilisation procedures and dental instruments, with a commitment to patient safety.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, and additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Tamil or other dialects) are valued.
  • Considerate, respectful approach towards patients and colleagues of all cultures, religions and backgrounds.
