  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Arrange and schedule customer orders according to delivery dates and priorities.
  • Confirm order details with customers, including product type, quantity, and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with the production, packing, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared on time.
  • Monitor order status and update customers on any changes or delays.
  • Prepare order lists, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and meet quality standards.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order amendments, shortages, or special requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
