Technician (CNC / Coating) | Gross up to $3,000 | 5 Days | Sembawang) MKN
Job Summary:
- Basic up to $2,500
- Location: Sembawang
- Working Days: 5 Days per Week
- Shift Rotation: Every 2 Weeks
- Working Hours:
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM ($18/shift)
- Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM ($24/shift)
Must be willing to work rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, vacuum coating chambers and Intec/LP equipment for thin-film coating processes.
- Conduct quality inspections using spectrometers and measuring instruments to meet ATP standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance, monitor machine performance and maintain production records.
- Operate up to two machines simultaneously, achieve production targets and comply with safety procedures.
Skills / Experience Required
- Minimum N-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Basic CNC machine knowledge; manufacturing or coating experience is advantageous.
- Able to follow technical instructions and perform production tasks accurately.
- Comfortable to handle materials up to 10kg and perform detailed visual inspections.
- Willing to work rotating shifts in a manufacturing environment.
