We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Backend Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Backend Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative, analytical, and fulfillment support. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Backend Fulfillment:

- Manage the entire fulfillment process for sales submissions, including order processing, inventory management, shipping, and tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all sales orders.
- Resolve any fulfillment issues promptly and efficiently.

SIM Delivery:

- Assign SIM cards to new customers based on sales orders.
- Prepare and package SIM cards for shipment.
- Track SIM card shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle any SIM delivery issues promptly and efficiently.

Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Document process improvements and train others on the new procedures.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
