Logistics / Data Centre Operations

📋 ADMIN EXECUTIVE – LOGISTICS / 3PL

📍 Location: Taman Ecoperniagaan, Dato’ Onn, Johor Bahru
⚠️ Company will be relocating to Kulai, near Johor Premium Outlets (JPO)
💰 Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 + Variable Bonus
🗓️ Working Days: Monday – Friday
🕐 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

🏢 About the Company
A Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company providing warehousing and logistics solutions for IT and data centre products.

📌 Job Responsibilities
* Handle daily general office administration and operational support
* Maintain proper filing, documentation and administrative records
* Purchase and manage office supplies and office requirements
* Process and maintain records of staff expense claims
* Coordinate office cleaning and general workplace arrangements
* Manage company fuel cards, Touch ’n Go cards, road tax and vehicle insurance
* Prepare and maintain customs and shipment-related documentation
* Liaise with suppliers, forwarding agents and external parties
* Prepare administrative and operational reports
* Support other administrative duties assigned by management

✅ Requirements
* Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in administration, logistics, warehousing or freight forwarding is an advantage
* Comfortable handling documentation, filing, reports and coordination
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
* Must be comfortable working in Dato’ Onn and relocating with the company to Kulai later
