🏭 About the Company

Our client is an established food manufacturing company seeking experienced Butchers / Meat Cutters.

Important: Daily handling, cutting and processing of raw pork is required.

🥩 Job Responsibilities

  • Cut, debone, trim, slice and portion raw pork
  • Prepare meat according to required cuts and specifications
  • Operate knives, slicers and meat-processing equipment
  • Ensure meat quality, hygiene and minimal wastage
  • Meet daily production targets

👷 Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of meat cutting / butchery experience
  • Hands-on deboning and knife-handling skills
  • Pork cutting experience is preferred
  • Comfortable handling raw pork in a chilled environment (8–12°C)
  • Able to work 4:00 AM – 1:20 PM
