RM2500 / month
- Follow up with potential candidates from various recruitment channels and sources.
- Contact candidates who have registered but have not reported for work.
- Manage WhatsApp groups for newly onboarded and existing full-time/part-time workers and assist with their enquiries.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth workforce onboarding and daily operations.
Requirements:
- SPM holder and above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in Human Resources & Recruiter is preferred.
