💰 RM2,250 Basic + Up to RM500 Incentive

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Schedule, supervise and train outlet staff.
  • Manage cash handling, stock take, stock ordering and inventory.
  • Monitor food cost and operational standards.
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to SOP and quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints.
  • Promote products and perform upselling.
  • Ensure the team maintains company service and hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • 2 years' retail operations experience OR 1 year as Team Lead / Crew Leader preferred.
  • F&B experience is an added advantage.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to work overtime when required.
