JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and service-related
communications
• Provide accurate and complete product/service information to customers
• Maintain proper customer records and update CRM/system tools
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets
• Submit daily activity and performance reports to team lead
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams
for follow-up
• Work independently with minimal supervision
