Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell financial products based on assigned projects, including Insurance/Takaful.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales conversion.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships while providing professional service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 month of telesales experience, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive working attitude.
  • Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and follow a Bahasa Malaysia sales script.

 

Salary

  • Basic Salary: RM2,700 - RM3,500 (Based on Experience)

Working Details

Location: Plaza See Hoy Chan, Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Public Holidays: Office Closed

This position is open only to candidates with prior telesales experience in banking or insurance products. Applications from candidates without relevant telesales experience will not be considered.
