About the role
This is a retail store position responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, managing stock and merchandising, and processing sales transactions accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
- Provide information on products, promotions, and store policies
- Address customer queries and resolve any complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience, fostering loyalty
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store's product offerings
- Advise customers on product features, benefits, and usage to help them make informed decisions
- Ensure shelves, displays, and racks are well-organized and visually appealing
- Assist with product restocking and inventory management, ensuring shelves are replenished as needed
- Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items to the manager
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
About you
- Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Team-oriented but able to work independently
- Ability to on 6 days work shift, weekends, and public holidays
