Management Trainee (F&B)

  •   6 Day Week

S$3150 - 3500 / month


Job Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Assist with customer service, order management and outlet coordination.
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
  • Support staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock management.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to stand and work for extended periods.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
  • Please note that the restaurant serves a Muslim-friendly menu but is currently not halal-certified.
