We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Staff to join our team.

*Job Requirements:*
- Must have basic handyman and maintenance experience.
- Able to carry out general repair and maintenance work.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and solve basic maintenance problems.
- Able to travel and overnight between different properties when required.

*Additional Skills Are an Advantage:*
- 🚿 Plumbing and water pipe repairs
- ⚡ Basic electrical repairs
- ❄️ Air-conditioning servicing and maintenance
- 🪚 Carpentry, door, lock, and cabinet repairs
- 🧺 Washing machine and other household appliance repairs
- 🎨 Painting, patching, and general touch-up work
