- Facilitate structured and unstructured play experiences that support children's learning and overall development.
- Engage and interact with children in a positive, encouraging, and appropriate manner.
- Support the development of children's cognitive, social, emotional, communication, and creative skills through purposeful engagement.
- Encourage active participation, exploration, curiosity, and positive social interaction among children.
- Adapt engagement approaches, developmental stage, abilities, and individual needs of children.
- Observe children's participation and behaviour to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organised, and conducive environment for children's activities.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with established safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to children, parents, guardians, and other park guests.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of children's programmes, events, and park activities.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistent guest experience.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or any related courses.
- Good understanding of child development and appropriate engagement approaches.
- Patient, responsible, attentive, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
