Job Title: Assistant Storekeeper (Full Time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Assistant Storekeeper to support daily warehouse operations in Malaysia. You will help ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and safely. This role suits an organised, detail-oriented individual who works well in a diverse team.

Job Description

  • Assist with receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase documents.
  • Organise and store items in designated locations, and support picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
  • Update inventory records accurately, and assist with stock counts and reporting of discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly storage area in line with health and safety procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; prior experience in a warehouse or store environment is advantageous.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g. spreadsheets or inventory systems) and good numeracy skills.
  • Able to lift and move goods safely, and to use equipment such as hand pallet trucks (training provided where needed).
  • Good communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, and additional languages such as Mandarin, Tamil, or other dialects are valued.
