F&B / Bakery Retail Service Crew
Salary:
- F&B Service Crew: Basic $1,620 + OT + Allowances
- Bakery Retail Service Crew: Basic $1,500 – $1,800 + OT + Allowances
- Gross Salary: $2,200 – $2,500
Working Days: Alternating 5 and 6 days per week (5-6-5-6)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, rotating shifts
Location: Various locations across Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly customer service and respond to enquiries about products, prices and promotions
- Support daily operations and follow company SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and product quality standards
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
F&B duties:
- Welcome and seat customers
- Take orders and serve food and drinks
- Set up and replenish cutlery, plates and table items
- Clear, clean and reset tables
- Attend daily briefings and team meetings
Bakery retail duties:
- Operate the POS system and handle payments, promotions, refunds and transaction records
- Perform opening, closing and cash-handling procedures
- Prepare, pack and replenish bread and other products
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and product ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of display counters, trays and tongs
- Assist with cake reservations, orders, packing and delivery arrangements
Requirements:
- Able to work rotating shifts
- Retail or F&B experience preferred for the bakery role
- Training provided for both roles
