Responsibilities
- Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, asset acquisitions, disposals, and reconciliations.
- Oversee inventory control, stock movements, physical counts, and system accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Prepare asset and inventory reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support audits and implement effective asset safeguarding and inventory control procedures.
- Manage asset and inventory systems, streamline processes, and train staff on relevant policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Director.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of asset accounting, inventory management, finance leasing, and tax regulations.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
