Job Summary

Develop and execute sales strategies for ACMV/HVAC systems and solutions.

Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and construction sectors.

Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.

Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Manage project sales from inquiry to handover.

Coordinate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure successful project execution.

Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profit margins.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or related field.

Strong technical knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and controls.

Good presentation negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
