Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of stores within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company operational standards.
  2. Monitor store business targets, analyse operational data, and drive business performance improvements.
  3. Coach and develop Store Managers and store management teams to enhance their operational and management capabilities.
  4. Oversee food safety, service quality, and store image to ensure operational compliance.
  5. Support new store openings, store promotions, and the implementation of various operational initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. At least 3 years of operational experience in the chain F&B or retail industry, including team management experience. Multi-store operations management experience is preferred.
  3. Strong team management, communication, coordination, and data analysis skills.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to travel and conduct regular store visits within the assigned region.
  5. Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin.

Working Location: Malaysia 

Salary Range: RM4,000 - 5,500
