RM2500 - 3000 / month
- Conduct pre-employment background screening and verification checks according to client requirements.
- Perform employment, education, reference and other relevant verifications.
- Conduct telephone, email and online checks with relevant parties.
- Review candidate documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare screening reports with accurate findings and supporting information.
- Follow up on pending verification cases and ensure timely completion.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate any concerns to the Team Leader.
- Update screening progress and results in the company's operating system.
- Meet assigned productivity targets and turnaround times (TAT).
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
- Comply with company SOPs, client requirements and PDPA regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
