Job Summary
We are seeking for Two (2) contract Field Service Technician to service, repair and maintain copier machines at client sites across Puchong, Subang, Shah Alam, Klang & another for Negeri Sembilan. You will ensure equipment runs reliably and keep downtime to a minimum, while providing courteous, professional support to customers. The role suits someone with a technical background who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and working independently.
Job Description
- Carry out on-site installation, servicing, preventive maintenance and repair of copier and multifunction machines.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and software faults, replacing parts and calibrating equipment as required.
- Complete service reports accurately, track spare parts usage and communicate clearly with customers on work done and follow-up needs.
- Follow safety procedures and company service standards, scheduling visits efficiently with consideration for customers' working hours and prayer times.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience in copier or office equipment servicing is advantageous; training will be provided to suitable candidates with strong technical aptitude.
- Good communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English required, with additional languages (Mandarin, Tamil or others) valued.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations within the assigned area.
