Operations Executive
NOTE: We Sell Non-Halal product. This position requires to perform basic food preparation and handle food ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Retail Support: Support marketing campaign and operation related matters such as manage pop up counters. Work closely with the retail team. Facilitate and expedite the operation process by providing necessary support, including document preparation and follow-ups.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service. Handle inquiries and provide product knowledge. Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target and company growth objectives.
Barbecue skills: Must be able to master barbecue skills
Basic computer knowledge, co-ordinate event stock, POS, equipment and setup requirements.
Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Preferably 1-2 year experience preferably from FMCG, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication in English and mandarin (mandarin speaking stakeholders), organizational, and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, result-driven and able to work independently
Willing to learn new things and handle pop up counters (training will be provided)
Valid driving license and own transport and willing to travel if needed
