Job Description
- Patrol assigned premises, monitor access points and CCTV, and respond promptly to incidents, alarms or suspicious activity.
- Manage visitor registration and access control, and provide courteous assistance to residents, staff and visitors.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and logbooks, and liaise with the police and emergency services when required.
- Work closely with colleagues across different sites, supporting one another through shift handovers, cover arrangements and shared best practice.
Job Requirements
- Valid Security Officer licence (PLRD) with relevant Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) training, as required under the Private Security Industry Act.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Reliable, observant and able to remain calm under pressure, with a strong sense of integrity.
- Ability to work flexible part-time shifts, including evenings.
