Location: Bangsar South

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (includes weekends, public holidays, and overnight coverage as needed)

Requirements

1) Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Finance, Communications, or related fields.

2) Experience: Preferably at least 1 year of contact centre, banking, card, or merchant-support experience.

3) Languages: Good spoken and written proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 

Details:
1) Basic salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000
2) Mobile allowance: RM200
3) Shift allowance: RM300 per month
4) Overtime as per employement Act
Medical insurance: RM180/month 

Key Responsibilities

1) Handle inbound support calls professionally and within targeted service standards.

2) Perform customer verification prior to sharing account information or processing requests.

3) Accurately document all call details, classifications, and actions in the system.
