Production Packer
- 5.5 Day Week
RM900 - 1200
- Packing & Sorting: Efficiently pack food products into trays, bags, or boxes according to company standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for freshness and quality; report any defects or irregularities to the supervisor.
- Labeling & Weighing: Use weighing scales to ensure correct portions and apply accurate labels to packaging.
- Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment daily. Follow all food safety (HACCP) and workplace safety regulations.
- Inventory Support: Assist in loading/unloading goods and moving stock within the warehouse as needed.
Requirements
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a cold room environment (chilled/frozen warehouse).
- Experience: Previous experience in food production or packing is a plus, but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Language: Basic understanding of English to read labels and follow instructions.
- Attitude: Punctual, hardworking, and able to work well in a fast-paced team.
Working Conditions
- Environment: Cold room/chilled environment (protective gear provided).
- Shift Work: [8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 5.5-day work week].
