Job Responsibilities:-
*Ensure day to day operation and support of information systems runs smoothly and efficiently.
*Log and process support calls.
*Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
*Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
*Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
*Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
*Supporting the roll-out of new applications or projects.
*Working continuously on assign task until completion or referral to third parties, if appropriate.
*Rapidly establishing good working relationship with customers and other professionals such as software developers.
Job Requirements:-
*Minimum Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Computer Science/Information.
*ICT certification from Microsoft/Cisco etc. is an added advantage.
*Minimum 1 year experience in handling and managing helpdesk procedure and PC support.
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to diagnose and address application issues.
*Ability to think logically and patience.
*Ability to work both individually or as a team.
*Strong customer focus.
