Job Descriptions:
- to conceive and create new recipes for our range of product
- to plan, organize, lead and control the gathering of feedback of food testing and surveys
- to conduct market and competitive research
- to maintain proper and detailed record of recipes
- to conduct classes for our regular customer in store
- able to work effectively and efficiently in stressed fast paced environment
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary / Baking / Cooking
- Min 5 years in related field
- Must be innovative, passionate on creating recipes
- Able to communicate with audience
- Must be willing to travel and posses own transport
- Must be willing to work on Saturday & Sunday
- Required language: English & Chinese
