Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver the best DobiQueen service.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards: service quality, customer service, sales, and internal controls.
• Improve branch performance through sales growth, expense control, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and training; guide team members on sales goals, store management, operations, and customer service.
• Supervise Outlet Supervisors on cleanliness, sales, and customer experience.
• Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage branch administration, stock control, and safety compliance.
• Ensure smooth outlet operations and adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Plan and execute branch marketing activities; coordinate with HQ on promotional materials.
• Review token levels, CDM reports, sales collection, and cleaning schedules.
• Handle and respond to customer complaints when required.
Requirements
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Certificate/Diploma or higher
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Integrity, customer-friendly attitude, strong leadership
• Detail-oriented in task reporting
• Experience managing multiple outlets
