Requirements:
Diploma in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalent.
Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive, and flexible.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa & English.
Flexible with working hours, able to work weekends and Public Holidays.
Customer-service and detail-oriented.
Able to exercise tact and professionalism in various situations.
Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new procedures.
Team player, positive thinker, IT-literate, and able to multitask.
Minimum 45 WPM for data entry (data capture, billing & invoice).
Willing to travel when required.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer service helpline and follow-ups.
Investigate customer complaints.
Manage laundry pick-up helpline and coordinate delivery.
Identify customer needs, propose suitable services/products, and close sales.
Assist with payments, billing, and invoicing.
Perform data capture for laundry pick-up orders and customer assistance.
Handle outlet sales data capture and reporting.
Oversee inventory levels and replenishment.
Prepare and process outlet order items.
Receive and relay calls and emails.
Support various operational tasks assigned by Management.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
