Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth business performance
- Ensure stores comply with company procedures, policies, and operational standards
- Assist in manpower planning and weekly scheduling
- Handle cash management and ensure accuracy in sales collections and banking processes
- Support inventory and stock ordering processes
- Ensure company assets and operational resources are properly maintained
- Deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining product quality and SOP standards
- Create and participate in social media content during working hours, ensuring at least one (1) post is published on store during working days
- Performs any ad-hoc tasks/responsibilities by the superior
Requirements:
- Degree holders in any related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate and willing to build a career in the F&B industry
- Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays
- Excellent communication skills to communicate across all levels and customers
- Possess own transportation
