OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
An Operations Assistant at ZARA focuses on the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the store running smoothly. The role supports sales by making sure stock, layout, and daily operations are efficient.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Stock and Inventory
- Receive and process new deliveries
- Unpack, label, and organize stock in the stockroom
- Replenish items on the shop floor quickly and accurately
- Help with stock counts and inventory check
2. Providing support when receiving and replenishing products
- Receives and rolls out products at the store when required.
- Constantly replenishes products from store to stockroom.
- Carries out any other merchandise management processes (packing overstock, changes in the organisation of the stockroom, etc.).
3. Technology use
- Uses tools that are available to ensure the products are located and displayed in the store.
- Is familiar with and uses the RFID operating system.
WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of fashion and trends
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
