1. Parcel Processing & Handover

Accept parcels within operating hours and verify compliance with SPX requirements.

Scan all parcels accurately in the SPX system and reject non-compliant items.

Handle, store, and prepare parcels securely for First Mile or Shunting pickup, ensuring full reconciliation before handover.

2. Seller Support & Workforce Management

Provide clear guidance to sellers on drop-off procedures, cut-off times, and requirements.

Maintain professional customer service and transparent communication.

Assign and monitor daily tasks for drivers and sorters, ensuring attendance, task completion, and SOP compliance.

3. Compliance, Reporting & Operations

Comply with SPX SOPs, safety standards, and ethical requirements.

Report damaged, missing, or suspicious parcels through the SPX system and maintain basic daily records.

Ensure facility cleanliness, equipment readiness, sufficient manpower, and achievement of SPX performance KPIs.

Can work immediately & able to work 6 days a week

Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.

Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools

Willing to support the team during peak period (OT claim is applicable)

Respective DOPs 6 Work Days + 1 Off day (per week), rotational shifts
Shift 1: 9:30AM - 6:00PM
Shift 2: 1:00PM - 9:30PM

Basic Salary: RM1,850Fixed Allowance: RM150

Performance Incenitve: Up to RM500

OT Claim: Applicable

Statutory Benefits: Based on EA
