Job Summary
Responsible for transporting company parts, materials, and documents safely and timely between Malaysia and Singapore. The role requires familiarity with cross-border driving procedures, customs clearance support, and flexibility to work overtime when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive company vehicle to deliver and collect company parts, materials, and documents between Malaysia and Singapore
• Ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery according to assigned schedule
• Assist with basic customs clearance procedures and ensure delivery documents are properly prepared and submitted
• Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness, roadworthiness, and compliance with safety regulations
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, delays, or irregularities immediately
• Assist with loading and unloading of parts when required
• Comply with company policies, road safety laws, and cross-border regulations
• Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required
• Support other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
• Valid driving license (Malaysia) with good driving record
• Experience in driving to and from Malaysia and Singapore is an added advantage
• Familiar with Johor–Singapore routes, customs procedures, and border regulations
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
• Willing and able to work overtime and flexible hours
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
Preferred
• Previous experience as company driver or logistics driver
• Basic understanding of delivery documents (DO, invoice, pass permit, etc.)
