Job Description:
1. Answer customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
2. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, or policies.
3. Ensure responses are prompt and professional
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems or complaints.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
7. Inform customers about discounts, offers, or upgrades that fit their needs.
8. Maintain and update procurement records, such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
9. Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries.
10. Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
11. Handle inquiries from suppliers and resolve issues related to orders or payments.
12. Create and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
13. Monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
14. Verify that delivered items meet order specifications, including quality and quantity.
15. Assist in tracking inventory levels and updating stock records.
16. Coordinate with the inventory team to identify reordering needs and avoid stockouts.
17. Help resolve issues related to delayed shipments, incorrect orders, or payment disputes.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or any other field
2. At least 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
4. Good communication and coordination skills
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team
