As a Halal-certified mini food atrium concept, Encik Tan offers a wide variety of popular local favourites, including Hainanese Curry Rice, Wanton Noodles, and Claypot Rice. Each recipe is carefully adapted using Halal ingredients while preserving the nostalgic flavours and taste of traditional dishes.

Position: F&B Management Trainee | Salary up to $3,500 | 6 Working Day | 60hour per week

Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
- Able to work on weekend & public holidays
-Training Provided for Entry Level!

Scope of Work:

  • Assist in food and beverage preparation included cooking
  • Follow standard recipes and ensure food quality
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
  • Support daily kitchen operations during peak hours
  • Help with stock control and ingredient storage
  • Work closely with team to ensure smooth service
